2000

  • The company was founded by Mr. Hadi Ong,who started his journey by selling used cars displayed in front of a housing complex

2001

  • The first car showroom was built, marking the company’s first official registration

2005

  • Obtained a parallel import license for CBU (Completely Built-Up) vehicles.

2006

  • Established a fuel station business unit (SPBU) by partnering with Pertamina

2007

  • Secured a license as an industrial fuel supplier and established PT Majesty Prosperindo as the company’s first business unit in the Industrial Fuel (BBM) sector.

2008

  • The Automotive Division was officially licensed as an authorized Mazda dealer for the Riau Islands.
  • Officially became part of The ONGBROS Group.

2009

  • Obtained the official dealership license for Proton dealer for the Riau Islands.
  • Obtained the official dealership license for Chevrolet dealer for the Riau Islands.

2010

  • Expanded into the Financial Services sector through a collaboration with Ongbros by establishing a Rural Bank (BPR) under the name Majesty Golden Raya.

2011

  • Obtained a fuel import license for the Marine Industrial Fuel business unit.
  • Established PT Mitra Andalan Batam as the official importer of Marine Industrial Fuel in Indonesia. 
  • Registered TURBION as its own Marine Industrial Fuel brand.

2012

  • Established a logistics business unit, PT Pelayaran Majesty Excelindoand introduced Mex De Ocean 1 as the company’s first oil tanker vessel.

  • Obtained licenses for a Bonded Terminal and Private Jetty in Tanjung Uncang, Batam.

2013

  • Established eMAuto as a licensed showroom for parallel-imported CBU vehicles.

2014

  • Introduced TURBION to the market as a new energy brand.

  • Expanded into the Sports Business Unit by establishing its first sport hall, M-United.

2018

  • Introduced Mex De Ocean 8 and Mex De Ocean 9 as new fleet under PT Pelayaran Majesty Excelindo.

  • Expanded the Automotive Business Unit by establishing Emguard.

  • Emauto was appointed as the official BMW Motorrad dealer for the Riau Islands.

  • The Marine Industrial Fuel unit of Majesty expanded its operations to Jakarta.

  • Registered its own asphalt brand, ODION marking the beginning of the Asphalt Business Unit.

2019

  • Emauto was appointed as the official partner in Batam, Riau Islands, for luxury car brands such as Rolls Royce, Porsche, Maserati, McLaren, Aston Martin, Bentley, Jaguar, and Land Rover.

2020

  • In collaboration with OngBrosthe Financial Services Unit expanded into Tanjung Balai Karimun through the acquisition of BPR Buana Arta Mulia.

  • Majesty’s Financial Services Unit expanded into the pawn business by establishing PT Majesty Gadai Prima.

2021

  • Majesty’s Logistics Business Unit expanded into Premium Container Depot services by constructing a 24,000 m² container storage facility under PT Majesty Global Sejahtera.

  • PT Majesty Sarana Energi acquired a 126,948 m² plot of land in Tanjung Uban, Riau Islands, designated as the operational site for the TURBION Terminal.

  • PT Majesty Prosperindo expanded its operations to Tanjung Balai Karimun, Riau Islands.

  • PT Nusa Jaya Karya Mandiri expanded its business into East Kalimantan and South Kalimantan.

  • Emauto was appointed as the official Morgan Motor dealer for the Riau Islands.

2022

  • The Logistics Business Unit established a shipping agency, PT Majesty Maritim Indonesia.

  • The Financial Services Unit established its second pawn business, PT Majesty Sahabat Gadai.

2023

  • Introduced SPBU Bion as the first privately-owned fuel station in the Riau Islands region.

  • Established Majesty Law Firm as a professional business consultancy under Majesty Group.

  • Majesty Maritim Service was developed as a cargo handling and licensing agent.

  • Expanded the Automotive Business Unit by obtaining official distributor licenses for Chery Automobile, Morris Garage, and Morgan Motor.

  • Launched a new business sector in Renewable Energy with the introduction of ENERBION.

  • Expanded the Automotive Business Unit by obtaining official distributor licenses for Great Wall Motors.

  • Expanded the Automotive Business Unit by obtaining official distributor licenses for VinFast.

2024

  • The Automotive Business Unit established PT Majesty Sinergi Nusantara as the distributor of Enerbion batteries, Eni Agip lubricants, Euro 1, and Trion for both automotive and industrial markets.

  • Majesty Gadai Prima expanded its pawn business by opening a second branch.

  • Expanded the Automotive Business Unit by obtaining official distributor licenses for Jetour.

  • Opened a new automotive showroom in Tanjung Pinang as part of retail expansion.

2025

  • Memperluas distribusi minyak dan gas TURBION oil and gas business unit to the Kijang area, Riau Islands.
  • Xinergythe newest battery brand under Majesty Group, was officially launched.
  • Grand Opening Majesty Sahabat Gadai as part of Majesty Group’s financial service expansion.

  • Expanded the Automotive Business Unit by obtaining official distributor licenses for DFSK, Aletra, Lepas, and Volvo
