Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT field
- Experience in a mid-sized company is an advantage
- Hands-on, operationally focused, and able to support day-to-day business needs
Technical Competencies:
- IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, firewalls, cloud)
- Knowledge related to ERP / HRIS / Accounting / CRM systems
- IT security, backup, and disaster recovery
- Database management and system integration
- Familiar with IT governance and coordination with vendors and ISPs
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Service-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible
